Flattr Appreciation During April 2015 (4.41E)

Our Flattr income is still fluctuating on a worrying level. In the past month we have payed 20 Euros to top up our web hotel and 10.70 Euros for our domain name extension. On average we have a minimum of ~4 Euros in expense each month (web server + domain name) and with only 4.41 Euro from our Flattr we will have to find alternatives or a way of activating more supporters soon in order to cover our minimal costs. Thanks to the people that sent us flattr support in April! Our bitcoin account attracted no new donations during April.

Flattr is a microdonation service that allows you to give a small amount of money each month to content you would like to give support. It can be compared to a “Facebook super-like” with money attached. Users act like patrons of work and  ”many small streams” adds up to something larger. The flattr button can be found at the bottom of each of our articles or you can support us directly on our flattr profile.

In April 2015 we had 22 things flattred by 9 unique users. In total we were flattred 33 times last month and received 4.41 Euro in support for our work.
